Bell Germany has its headquarters in Seevetal, south of Hamburg, and is the air-dried ham specialist in Germany with more than 900 employees. As the market leader in the air-dried ham segment in Germany, Bell Germany focuses on the production of traditional and regional air-dried ham specialities from various regions of Germany and Spain.

At the same time, Bell Germany is setting new trends in this area and developing new product standards, such as wafer-thin sliced products or ham with a delicate flavour.

The sites in Edewecht and Seevetal in Lower Saxony, as well as a production plant in Schiltach in the Black Forest (Baden-Württemberg), produce the high-quality raw ham specialities. The slicing centre in Harkebrügge uses state-of-the-art equipment to package the ready-to-serve items in a variety of packaging formats. In Edewecht, the ham cubes and strips are not only produced, but also packaged directly.

The products in the ready-to-serve, diced, strip and whole slice categories are sold in 24 countries worldwide: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Great Britain, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia and Slovakia.

In Germany, the air-dried ham specialities have been sold for over 50 years under the Abraham brand, which stands for high-quality gourmet products and innovative packaging solutions. The resealable folding box has been our number one for more than 10 years and won the Green Star Award in 2021 and the Worldstar Award in 2022. The mono-material packaging is over 90% recyclable and an important step in the company's sustainability strategy. Other packaging is currently being converted to recyclable materials. The Abraham brand was recently named a top brand for 2024 by the trade journal Lebensmittel Zeitung.

The international raw sausage specialities from Bell España, Bell France and Bell Polska are sold in Germany under the Bell brand.

Bell Germany has also been selling French quality beef under the Gourmet Naturel brand for over 30 years. Young bull meat from pasture-fed farming collectives guarantees excellent quality.
