Bell Spain, formerly known as Sánchez Alcaraz, boasts more than two generations of expertise in the art of curing hams and cold cuts. Their brand, rooted in Spain, is synonymous with exceptional flavor and superior quality, ensuring that each product we deliver meets the highest standards. Since 2017, Sánchez Alcaraz has been part of the Bell Food Group as Bell España Alimentación, operating with three drying facilities, including our factory in Dehesa de Extremadura, renowned for its traditional production of ibérico products. We specialize in producing and curing a range of serrano and ibérico hams, shoulders, and cured meats, crafted with precision and care.

Our core competence lies in combining traditional methods with modern innovation. The newest facility, located in Fuensalida, Toledo, is equipped with advanced Industry 4.0 technology systems that allow it to maintain consistent quality across its entire range.

The company is strongly export-orientated and its products reach numerous international markets, including France, Germany, Portugal, Italy, Poland, Belgium, Switzerland, and more. In 2023 alone, it exported over 5,000 tons of premium deli meats.
